Why We Built It
Preserving Student Voices
We created Profs at York because we noticed a serious problem: reviews were being deleted from RateMyProfessors, and students on Reddit were complaining that professors who have been teaching at York for many years either had no reviews or their previously existing reviews had disappeared. We believe students deserve a platform where their honest feedback is preserved and accessible, without fear of deletion or removal.
